Senior Housing Assistant

S/he is responsible for conducting an annual housing market survey. S/he tracks Time and Attendance for the GSO section. S/he directly supervises the Utilities Clerk, who handles connection and disconnection of residential utility services, to include telephone services, and internet services. S/he works with multiple software application systems, to include but not limited to the Real Property Application (RPA) and Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), and communicates with the Overseas Building Operations (OBO) Desk Officer to ensure Mission housing records are updated and in compliance with the OBO Rental Benchmark Initiative (RBI). S/he also serves as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for Garbage Collection Services and manages special projects for the S/GSO.
Experience: At least two (2) years administrative experience where the incumbent worked with a variety of entities within an organization is required. Three years’ experience performing project management and/or administrative duties within a government or NGO position is also required.
