BIA Dakar recrute un Training Manager

Job Purpose

Manage and supervise all technical training activities in the African Region and ensure effectiveness, efficiency and compliance so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future needs.

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • In charge of technical training area (Dakar/Ougadougou training centers) and training center budget
  • Coordinate product or sales training activities for internal or external technicians/customers.
  • Formulate, implement and coordinate training programs in line with business/site priorities
  • Develop an overall technical training plan to meet the current and planned business requirements of the organization
  • Forecast and develop future strategic plan. This includes development of tools to monitor execution of the strategy.
  • Oversee maintenance of files and of training material
  • Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants, training providers as well as business partners.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training professionals in each training center

  • Technical knowledge of heavy equipment

  • ICT Knowledge (Example: SAP, CRM, QuickView…)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
