- Process supplier payments, staff expense claims, salary payments, and wallet funding via internet banking at NMB Bank, Stabic Bank, and CRDB Bank.
- Handle bank account opening, bank statement reconciliation, bank account liaison, and other banking information updates.
- Manage third-party payment channel accounts (e.g., Tigo/Mpesa/Airtel) and coordinate with merchant suppliers to resolve merchant account-related issues.
- Undertake daily cash balance management, account balance tracking, and statement management.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Cashier or in a similar finance role (experience in Chinese companies is highly preferred).
- Diploma or equivalent qualification or above.
- Basic computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office, and strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
