The Administrative intern will support the Regional Administrative Coordinator to achieve her daily tasks and Objectives . You will be working in close partnership with Finance department and Supply Chain departement .
Key Responsabilities
Under the supervision of the Administrative Coordinator, the Administrative Intern will:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Administration of supply and assets management: assets under 1000 USD: updating and disposal of old items
- Prepare documents for visa applications (note verbal, invitation letters etc.)
- Support with the organization of workshops in coordination with other staff
Requirements
The Candidate must possess strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel,
- Ability to manage and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Communicates effectively when working in teams and independently
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience with administration and logistics work would be an asset;
- Proven ability to manage diverse and complex tasks, with tight deadlines;
- Able to work effectively in a team and in an international environment;
- Administrative skills in the organization of meetings and events;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Proficiency in using standard software programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Language skills
Strong writing and speaking abilities in French; fluency in English is an added advantage.
